Getting Started

MindfulSpace is a meditation and mindfulness app designed to help you reduce stress, improve focus, sleep better, and cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing. I offer guided meditations, sleep stories, mindfulness courses, and ambient soundscapes.

Simply navigate to the "Meditate" section from the main menu. You can browse sessions by category (e.g., For Beginners, Stress & Anxiety). Click on a session, and then press the play button in the meditation player. If you're new, we recommend starting with the "Introduction to Mindfulness" session.

Account Management

Yes, a significant portion of my content, including introductory meditations, some sleep sounds, and basic courses, is available for free. I believe in making mindfulness accessible. I also offer premium content and features through an optional subscription, which helps support my mission.
